Shipping & Art Pick-Up

We hope you found a piece you love!

Two options for getting your artwork:

  1. Art Pick-Up in the North Lobby the Barber National Institute. Please read carefully below before coming to Pick-Up on:

    • Friday, April 26 from 11 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. – for buyers AND artists

    • Saturday, April 27 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. – for buyers AND artists

  2. Shipping via Pony Express Erie

How Art Pick-Up will work:

Enter the North Lobby entrance of the Barber National Institute (see map to right). 

Please be prepared with the following:

Artists:

  • Have your ID handy.

  • Tell the volunteer that you are picking up an unsold piece and if it is a Youth or Adult entry.

Buyers:

  • Have your receipt(s) pulled up on your phone or printed off for all purchased pieces you are picking up.

  • If you are picking up for someone else, you must have a copy of his or her receipt.

A volunteer will confirm your purchase(s) or artist information and will have your piece(s) brought out. Please be patient if there is a line.

Mark your calendar as these will be the only times to pick up your artwork from the show. All abandoned artwork becomes the property of the Barber National Institute.

How Shipping will work:

Pony Express is partnering with us to ship artwork. For this option:

  • During checkout to purchase your artwork, select “Shipping - Buyer to contact Pony Express Erie and pay directly.” Please note shipping is priced separately from this transaction. Complete purchase.

  • You must then contact Pony Express directly with the dimensions and weight listed in the piece description and the location it will be shipped to in order to arrange for shipping and pay shipping costs. The contact is 814-456-6245 or ponyexpresserie.com.

  • After shipping is settled with Pony Express, please fill out our Contact Form. Select “Shipping Artwork” in the drop-down and include the title of the piece purchased that you would like shipped and confirmation that Pony Express Erie is expecting your piece(s) to be dropped off by our team.

  • All arrangements and payments for shipping become the responsibility of the purchaser and the Barber National Institute does not accept any liability relating to shipping.
